Dan Higson was born in Glendale, California in 1949. After graduating from the University of Redlands in 1970 with a B.A. Degree, Dan spent two years serving in the U.S. Army, one year deployed in Vietnam. He was admitted to the California & U.S. Supreme Court Bar after completing his law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law J.D. in 1976. He is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization & The American Board of Certification.
